Products

individual

You’ll create a user-need snapshot from Joe’s conditioning feedback

You’ll collect and organize simple interview, observation, and mini-combine evidence about Joe’s strength, cardio, and recovery needs. Your snapshot will show one clear conditioning problem and the evidence behind it.

individual

You’ll build and test a football and lacrosse conditioning circuit that fits Joe’s needs

You’ll design a low-tech warm-up, workout circuit, and cooldown for Joe, then test it and revise one part based on feedback and results. Your final product will show how your routine supports strength, cardio, movement quality, and recovery.
