You'll build a user-informed training profile and evidence board
You'll collect baseline data, interview at least two people about training habits, and organize your findings into a clear user-informed research artifact. You'll show the problem you want to solve, the evidence behind it, and the movement or recovery needs that matter most.
You'll prototype a personalized sport-improvement plan and test log
You'll create one testable prototype plan for improving your chosen strength or sport skill, then track results across practice cycles and revise the plan based on evidence and feedback. Your product will include your goal, progress measures, and the changes you made after testing.
