When these factors are missed, you face reduced performance, longer healing time, and a greater chance that minor pain will become a more serious physical limitation.

How might we address repeated overuse and reinjury among teen athletes in Western Massachusetts so that local school and club teams can use a safe, effective 5-minute pre-practice stretching routine to build strength, improve flexibility, and prevent future injuries?
