You will turn your research and baseline evidence into a draft shoulder rehab solution, test your ideas against exemplars and peer feedback, and document how your 7-week plan begins to take shape.
Days 11 - 12

Do
You will implement one focused test of your shoulder rehab prototype, collect evidence from that trial, and document what the results show about safety, effectiveness, and next-step revisions.
