Mountain Travel Design Notebook with Decision Matrix

Each student creates an original design notebook showing at least two clean mountain travel ideas, annotated sketches, a simple decision matrix, and a written justification for the best option. The notebook must show how the student used criteria, constraints, and test evidence to support a final recommendation.

Tested Mountain Travel Model and Expo Presentation

Teams build and revise a functional mountain travel model or route display, test it on the same slope setup, and present evidence of performance, trade-offs, and improvements at the Mountain Travel Expo. The final product must show how individual ideas informed the team decision and how revision improved the design.
