🧪 Particle Count Verification Mini-Lab

Students use sample atom cards, reaction diagrams, and a class anchor chart to verify proton, neutron, and electron counts and to check whether total atoms stay constant before and after a modeled food or cell reaction. They record findings in a notebook table with columns for substance name, particle counts, evidence source, and mismatch notes. The teacher models one example, then students test two additional examples and flag uncertainties they will need to resolve in their own builds.
