🎤 Custodian Interview and Empathy Map

Students interview the custodian, facilities manager, or another site user using prepared question stems about waste, water use, heat, traffic patterns, maintenance, and who is most affected. In small groups, they sort interview notes with their site evidence into an empathy map with sections for says, does, needs, notices, and constraints. Each group drafts a short problem statement grounded in user needs and environmental evidence.
