Students set up their tri-fold boards or posters with the identity map, high school roadmap, partner interview quote, and short reflection panel, then deliver a 1–2 minute portfolio talk to invited guests, peers, and staff. During the presentation, they point to visual evidence, explain one steady trait, one likely change, at least one support, and one growth goal for high school. Audience members leave one written encouragement or question on sticky notes, and students add a final reflection note about what presenting clarified for them.
