Submission Required
Students analyze a short mentor action plan and a sample board meeting agenda to identify the parts their draft must include: priority issue, How Might We statement, meeting roles, group norms, and recommendation sections. The teacher models how to turn evidence from station notes, quotes, and voting results into a testable board plan instead of a vague idea. Teams annotate a planning template and sort which details belong in the problem statement, board structure, or recommendation draft.
