🧩 Evidence Clusters to HMW

Teams sort user quotes, survey findings, dress code history notes, and confusion points onto a clustering board using sticky notes or a digital whiteboard. The teacher models how to separate a real user need from a possible campaign solution, then teams draft 2 possible How Might We statements and test each one against their evidence. Each team leaves with one shared design brief card that names the user, need, barrier, and supporting evidence.
