🗂️ Portfolio Evidence Assembly

Students organize the required portfolio pieces: habit plan, tracking data, visual representation, source notes, conclusion, and reflection on successes and failures. They select the strongest chart, quote, and data point for their chosen format and begin assembling slides, storyboard panels, podcast notes, blog sections, or workshop materials. Teacher conferencing checks that each portfolio includes both personal evidence and source-based support.
