Students complete their final passport page using a simple template with space for a sketch, a labeled path line, and a comparison sentence. They draw Kentucky as Home Base, add a labeled route from Kentucky to one possible destination, and write one sentence that compares what they knew at the start of the lesson to what they can explain now about maps and journeys. Pairs swap pages, give feedback to 2 peers using a quick checklist for sketch, label, and sentence, then students revise before turning in the page.
