Students rotate through clue stations with feathers, tracks, nest materials, behavior photos, and short video clips, then sort each piece of evidence into problem-solving, memory, communication, or planning on a shared chart. Small groups record brief evidence notes and identify one clue that could fit more than one category. The class closes by comparing interpretations and surfacing what makes a question investigable rather than just interesting.
