🪶 Field Guide Festival Showcase

Teams set up their illustrated field guide pages, evidence notes, annotated sketches, and behavior visuals in a museum-style display, then pairs deliver a two-minute case study explaining how one bird demonstrates problem-solving, memory, communication, or planning using field notes and text evidence. Visitors browse the exhibit, leave feedback notes, and ask questions that students answer with claims, evidence, and reasoning. Students close with a brief written reflection after a feedback gallery walk, naming how their observations changed their thinking about bird behavior and one cognitive strength they notice in themselves.
