🧠 Superpower Pattern Sort

Students use color-coded sticky notes, interview notes, picture cards, and the class jobs chart to sort evidence into groups such as interests, talents, favorite tasks, and job matches. The teacher models how to notice repeated ideas and how to say, 'I see this more than once, so it matters.' Students then help build a whole-class pattern wall and orally name one pattern they found.
