🧭 Decision Notes and Chosen Direction

Using the revised board, testing evidence, and rehearsal strategy notes, each team selects one concept direction to pursue. They write decision notes that explain why the chosen path best meets user needs, where it still carries risk, and what must be prototyped first in the next phase. Teams also name one idea from a rejected concept worth preserving.
