🗂️ Research Plan Peer Tuning

Students build a one-page research plan that includes their focused question, hypothesis, three evidence categories, and a source checklist. They give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise using a protocol that checks clarity, source fit, and whether the evidence can answer the question. During work time, the teacher holds brief conferences so each student gets one specific next step for strengthening evidence from state sources or news articles.
