Teams present their revised zone plans to visiting partners or recorded prompts from UC Riverside, California Rare Fruit Growers, and VESD Grounds and Maintenance, focusing on plant fit, maintenance, student use, and stewardship. Partners and classmates ask questions about trade-offs, weather effects, biodiversity, and how the space could minimize human impact. Teams then complete a concept selection sheet and choose one direction to carry into the draft phase with a final mini nature-journal diagram or poem capturing the purpose of the zone.
