🧭 Garden Evidence Sort

Students gather field notes, nature journals, observation diagrams, poems, zone plans, plant cards, and feedback notes from earlier phases and sort them into a simple evidence board: plant needs, site conditions, biodiversity, weather, and human impact. The teacher models how to trace one final design choice back to user observations and science evidence. Students then highlight missing evidence and make a short completion plan for any final artifact updates.
