🗺️ Habitat Hunt Plan

Children help design how the class will gather evidence in the next phase by choosing where to look, what symbols to use, and which habitat features to check each day. In pairs, they practice with a mini mock habitat tray, mark what they find on a picture checklist, receive feedback from another pair, and revise the checklist choice or search steps. The teacher uses this as a milestone to confirm students can use the observation routine before moving on.
