Students use a teacher-modeled interview protocol and quick tally survey to ask classmates, staff, or family-connected adults how they define success, failure, and bouncing back. Teams record at least two direct quotes, note observable emotions or body language, and sort responses into simple categories using sticky notes or picture icons for younger learners. The class closes with a brief share-out on which assumptions about players were confirmed or challenged.
