Teams do a final readiness check of their campaign display, QR code or short link, problem statement, and selected podcast excerpt. Students use a simple checklist to confirm audio plays, visuals are readable from a few feet away, and the call to action is easy for visitors to understand. Pairs from different teams give quick feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and make one last revision before the exhibition opens.
