✅ Evidence Chart Quality Check

Students complete a teacher conference using their reflection journal, recording strips, and class evidence chart entries to show that their measurements and labels are understandable. They explain one body change after movement and point to evidence from their own records. If an entry is missing, unclear, or mismatched, students correct it before the class advances to the next phase.
