📝 Implementation and Data Collection Plan

Each team creates a one-page implementation plan for testing its sustainable fashion item with classmates, staff, or another approved audience in the school setting. The plan names the user need, success goal, testing steps, materials, safety checks, and the exact evidence to collect such as photos, tally counts, durability notes, short survey ratings, or timed task data. Teams exchange plans, give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise before teacher approval.
