👥 End User Overview & Inquiry Questions

Students identify NYC teens and young adults as primary end users and build a brief user overview using an empathy map, class observations, and evidence from the source set. They describe likely needs, values, barriers, and the impact they want their future design to have, then develop 3–5 inquiry questions that explore multiple perspectives and can realistically be investigated in later phases. Before submitting, partners do a quick feedback round to check whether the questions are open, focused, and tied to the user rather than a preselected solution.
