🌦️ Window Check and Safety Move

Students carry out the approved method by observing the real weather outside or through the window, placing the day’s symbol on the chart, and recording it in the notebook with pictures or marks. Pairs then rehearse a matching clothing choice and one severe weather safety move, followed by a partner check where each child shows work, gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback, and revises the chart mark, clothing match, or safety action. The teacher uses a quick checkpoint to confirm students are ready to continue the investigation and later contribute to the class video.
