Mounted Hand Contour Drawing with Artist Statement
Each student creates a finished hand contour drawing that combines an accurate handshape, line work, and symbolic imagery to communicate one personal message. A brief artist statement explains the message, the design choices, and how feedback shaped revisions.
Gesture Gallery Pop-Up Exhibition with Shared Problem Statement and Prototype Wall
Teams curate a small gallery section that presents a shared statement about how hand gestures and symbols communicate identity or emotion, along with a collaboratively refined higher-fidelity prototype wall of selected drawings. The team presentation explains how individual research and feedback informed the final design decisions and next-step testing.
