🧠 Empathy Map and Constraints

In small groups, students cluster interview notes and observation evidence into an empathy map showing what viewers or community members might notice, misunderstand, value, or need for clear interpretation. They then draft assumptions, design constraints, and message criteria for a hand contour drawing that uses a specific handshape and supporting symbols. Groups exchange maps, give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise the artifact before submitting a cleaned-up version.
