🧠 Empathy Map and Story Focus

Using interview notes, observation logs, and partner feedback, teams sort evidence into patterns such as opportunity, creativity, real-world skills, and cross-cluster connections. They build a structured empathy artifact showing what users say, do, need, and want viewers to understand, then draft a concise story focus for the 3-minute overview. Students complete a peer protocol where they give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, revise the empathy map, and mark assumptions that still need testing in later phases.
