Día de los Muertos Investigation Notebook
Students compile a personal research notebook with questions, source notes, evidence, observations, and reflection about what they learned. The notebook shows how their thinking changed as they studied history, symbols, and respectful remembrance.
Community Altar Investigation Report and Exhibition Presentation
Teams create a formal report and presentation that explains their shared findings about the history, meaning, and modern practice of Día de los Muertos. Their product must show how individual evidence contributed to the team’s conclusions and include any differences, surprises, or unresolved questions.
