💡 Cookbook Needs and HMW Chart

Using interview cards, empathy maps, and tested recipe notes, the class clusters what readers and families need in a cookbook page. Students help draft shared How Might We statements such as making steps easier to follow or showing why a recipe matters to a celebration, then choose the class statement with dot stickers. As a final checkpoint, partners do a short read-aloud of a draft recipe section, mark one confusing spot with a sticky note, and revise that part so the next phase starts with a clearer design goal.
