🍓 Strawberry Banana Smoothie Launch

Students follow a large visual recipe card to make strawberry-banana smoothies as a class while Morse High School culinary students model handwashing, tool handling, sequencing words, and taste-safe routines. During the tasting, partners use simple sentence frames to say one part of the recipe that was clear and one part that needs to be more precise, then the class revises one line on the shared recipe card. Students end by adding a quick drawing or oral share about one food tradition, celebration food, or home recipe they want represented in the class cookbook.
