Animal Research Notebook and Habitat Explanation Page
Students compile research notes, labeled sketches, source notes, and a final one-page explanation of how one animal’s body parts and behaviors help it survive in its habitat. This notebook proves individual mastery of the research process and content understanding.
Animal Habitat Gallery Presentation and Diorama Exhibition
Teams create a shared presentation or exhibition set that combines each member’s animal research into a coordinated gallery display with visuals, evidence, conclusions, and a brief oral explanation. The team product must show how individual findings connect and account for any differences or surprising evidence.
