🧠 Evidence to Conclusion Chart

Using their Animal Habitat Research Notebook, students sort facts into a teacher-made chart with picture boxes: body parts, behaviors, habitat needs, and survival help. The teacher models how to say, "I observed..." and "I think this means..." so students separate observation from inference. Students complete a drawn or dictated conclusion sentence that answers their research question.
