🧩 Empathy Map and Insight Clusters

Students sort interview notes, quotes, and observations into an empathy map and affinity clusters using sticky notes or a digital whiteboard. In small groups, they look for repeated needs, tensions, and emotional patterns connected to food and audience experience, then discuss which findings should matter most for a sculpture viewer. Each student revises their map after group feedback and writes 2-3 evidence-based insights that could shape an interactive ceramic design.
