Exercise Science Investigation Notebook
Students will complete an investigation notebook that includes their question, method, pulse and breathing data, source notes, graphs, and a final evidence-based conclusion about exercise and the body.
Physical Health Festival Poster and Model
Teams will create a poster and interactive model that show how exercise affects the heart, lungs, and muscles. They will present their findings at the Physical Health Festival using data and evidence from the project.
