🏺 Ancient Greece and Aesop Clues

Content Expertise Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Effective Communication Submission Required

Using a short teacher mini-lesson, map images, timeline cards, and a brief excerpt from an Aesop fable, students gather foundational knowledge about Ancient Greek history and how stories carried values. In pairs, they annotate the fable for characters, conflict, and moral, then connect one historical feature such as trade, city-states, or oral tradition to why stories mattered in that society. Students add evidence to a notes page that will continue into later phases.
