Teams sketch three aquarium concepts on grid paper, calculate the volume and surface area for each, and score them with a weighted decision matrix using capacity, fit, and material efficiency. Teams then give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise one concept before meeting at a teacher conference station for one specific math correction or confirmation. Each team submits an updated concept selection page naming the chosen design and the math evidence that justifies it; students finish with a quick exit ticket naming one design change and one math idea that guided it.
