Students learn just-in-time build skills for a minimum viable prototype using micro:bit or Arduino components, distance or pressure sensors, cardboard bin models, and a simple alert rule. They create a short algorithm or pseudocode for how the system reads input and triggers an overflow warning, then connect that logic to a function that estimates fill level over time. The session ends with a quick teacher check of wiring plans and logic steps before teams begin full creation.
