Each student creates one informational poster about a chosen plant, explaining its growing needs, how it supports healthy eating, and one or two simple recipe ideas. The poster includes information gathered from a trusted source and written in the student’s own words.
Class Community Garden Blueprint and Grand Opening Walk
The class creates one garden plan showing where each plant will grow and then uses the real garden for a public walk and explanation. Students work together to place plants, care for seedlings, and present the garden to families and community guests.
