Using interview notes, students individually create a structured empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) for two different users and draft one detailed persona grounded in real quotes. They highlight non-obvious needs related to thrill, safety, accessibility, or emotional storytelling. Students annotate where physics concepts (forces, magnetic braking, energy changes) intersect with user concerns.
