📝 Point-of-View to How Might We

Using the clustered themes, teams draft a Point-of-View (POV) statement that names a specific user (e.g., horse trainer or wildlife manager), their core need, and an insight about how breed or living conditions affect speed. Teams then convert their POV into 2–3 distinct How Might We questions that remain open-ended. A brief mini-lesson models strong vs. weak HMW questions and checks for solutions-in-disguise.
