In teams, students rapidly build a low-fidelity version of their Bakery Timing System using chart paper, markers, sticky notes, and movable task cards labeled with prep, bake, and cool times to the nearest minute. Teams role-play a bakery morning schedule, then invite an adult volunteer (bakery partner, staff member, or family guest) to test the board by scheduling overlapping recipes. Students record exact user quotes, note confusion points, and revise at least one feature (e.g., clearer minute marks, color-coding across the hour, labeled elapsed time equations). Teams update their iteration log to explain what changed and why.
