Using the clustered needs, each team chooses one strong pattern and creates a large poster with: (1) a simple user description (e.g., "Library visitors who mix up :00 and :30"), (2) a dictated 1–2 sentence rationale with at least one real quote, and (3) a class-generated "How might we help ___ so they can tell time to the hour and half-hour?" statement. Teams present their draft to another team for a quick critique: peers check that the problem is about a user need (not a solution like "make a colorful clock") and that it includes real evidence. Teams revise their poster based on feedback.
