🎥 Bakery Shape Interview & Empathy Map

Students join a short live virtual visit with a local baker who shows cookie cutters (circle, square, rectangle, triangle) and rotates them to show different orientations and sizes. Students ask at least one question such as "What shapes do you notice?" or "Does the shape look different when you turn it?" After the call, students draw a simple 3-box empathy map (What the baker SAW, SAID, LIKED) using pictures while the teacher records key quotes on chart paper. As a class, students quickly sort up to 8 paper cookie shapes by one attribute the baker mentioned (shape type or size) and say the sorting rule aloud.
