Teams revise their How Might We question based on peer feedback and create a one-page design brief poster including: final HMW statement, target user description, key evidence quotes, and 3–4 science facts about structures and functions that must be accurately represented. Each team presents their brief in a 2-minute share-out. The teacher conducts a milestone check to confirm the problem is research-based and scientifically accurate before teams move to ideation.
