✏️ Crafting Our How Might We

Using the clustered themes, teams draft a Point-of-View statement (User + Need + Insight) and turn it into 2–3 “How Might We” questions. They write a one-paragraph rationale citing at least two user quotes as evidence. Teams then exchange drafts and use a checklist to give feedback to one other team on whether the problem is grounded in evidence or sounds like a solution in disguise.
