Teams create a simple picture-based decision chart with 3 criteria: Helps users solve within 20 quickly, Easy to understand rules, Fun to play. They review brainstorm ideas and place stickers to score each idea against the criteria. Teams select their top 2–3 concepts and create larger concept storyboards showing step-by-step how a real user would play, including sample problems and where strategies are used. Each storyboard labels which user need it addresses and why it was chosen.
