🧩 Interview Clues & Pattern Sort

Students revisit their empathy maps and teacher-scribed interview quotes from Phase 1. In small groups, they cut apart key quotes and drawings, then physically sort them on chart paper into picture-labeled categories such as "Gets Stuck at 10," "Likes Fast Games," or "Confused by Rules." Groups stand and explain each cluster using at least one direct user quote. The class co-creates 3–4 shared need statements about solving addition and subtraction within 20.
