🎯 Crafting Our HMW Statement

The teacher models how to turn an insight into a Point-of-View (POV) statement and a focused How Might We (HMW) question using an example from the ping pong tournament context. Teams draft a POV naming a specific user (player or spectator), their core need, and the insight behind it. They then generate 2–3 different HMW questions and select one that is specific but open-ended enough to guide prediction model design.
